The offer

$39 for consult + exam + x-rays + report of findings. Your visit includes: one-on-one consultation with the doctor; comprehensive chiropractic examination; x-rays (if clinically necessary); complete report of findings & treatment plan. No insurance is needed for this special offer, and the offer excludes Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. The offer is available to new respondents while appointments remain available.

SMS and phone communications
